Abstract:
This vacuum heat insulating material comprises a core material and an outer cover material which covers the core material. The inside of the outer cover material is under vacuum. The outer cover material is a laminate film having a gas barrier layer. In the range of the outer cover material, in which the outer cover material faces the core material, the outer cover material has two surfaces facing each other in the thickness direction of the vacuum heat insulating material. If the portion of the outer cover material, which constitutes the two surfaces, is defined as a core material covering section, then the gas barrier layer is present only in the core material covering section.
