Abstract:
A vacuum heat insulating material and a method of manufacturing the vacuum heat insulating material are provided. The vacuum heat insulating material comprises: a core material; and an outer cover material for packaging the core material, wherein the outer cover material includes a bending part on a first surface thereof and a sealing part on a third surface thereof. The method comprises the steps of: manufacturing an outer cover envelope by forming a sealing part on a second surface of the outer cover material which includes the bending part on the first surface thereof; inserting the core material into the outer cover envelope; depressurizing the interior of the outer cover envelope; and forming a sealing part on a first surface of the outer cover envelope.
