Title:
VACUUM HEAT-INSULATING MEMBER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/213357
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In conventional examples of vacuum heat-insulating members for which internal physical properties can be measured using sensors, and the like, there have been limitations on continuous power supply from batteries to sensor systems installed in the vacuum heat-insulating members, and receiving sensor data over a long period of time has required regular charging. In this invention, provided inside a vacuum heat-insulating member is a compact wireless vacuum gauge comprising a pressure sensor, a power reception coil, a DC/DC converter, and a transmission unit for transmitting measurement data at least including pressure values. The voltage of electricity supplied through non-contact power supply is stabilized by the DC/DC converter. The coil diameter of the power reception coil used to supply power to the sensor and communicate with the sensor is set to an appropriate range within which communication and power transmission are possible according to the power transmission distance from a power transmission coil and the thickness of a gas barrier film. As a result, a vacuum heat-insulating member is provided that makes it possible to achieve stable power supply and continuously communicate without interruption.
