Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a stepping motor microstep control device capable of reducing torque variation due to detent torque without predrive, even when the friction torque changes. The stepping motor microstep control device is provided with: a phase difference estimation unit for estimating an estimated phase difference of a current relative to a command value on the basis of the command value and the detected current of the motor; a low speed motor rotation angle estimation unit for estimating an estimated motor rotation angle θMEL when rotation of the motor is at a low speed on the basis of the detected current and a microstep drive signal; a high speed motor rotation angle estimation unit for estimating an estimated motor rotation angle θMEH when rotation of the motor is at a high speed on the basis of the estimated phase difference and the command value; an addition unit for adding the estimated motor rotation angles θMEL and θMEH in an appropriate ratio to estimate an estimated motor rotation angle θME; a detent torque estimation unit for estimating detent torque on the basis of the estimated motor rotation angle θME; and a compensation signal generation unit for generating a compensation signal on the basis of the estimated detent torque and the estimated motor rotation angle θME.
