A vacuum insulation panel and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The vacuum insulation panel includes a high barrier packaging bag (10) and a heat isolation core (20). The heat isolation core (20) is arranged in a vacuum sealed bag made of high barrier packaging material, and getter (30) is provided in the heat isolation core (20). A hole is provided on the surface of the vacuum insulation panel, and a hole structure member (40) is mounted in the hole. The hole structure member (40) is tubular and has high barrier performance, and the hole structure member (40) is melted or bonded together with the high barrier packaging bag (10) to form a vacuum sealed chamber. The panel has higher mechanical strength, and the operation of the panel is convenient. The fold is eliminated, thereby the panel has a neat surface.
