Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vacuum insulation pipe (10) capable of preventing the deformation of a vacuum outer pipe (300a) or the like caused by a vacuum, by having a uniform vacuum space (301) between the vacuum outer pipe (300a) and an inner pipe (100) while preventing the formation of dew condensation between the vacuum outer pipe (300a) and the inner pipe (100). The vacuum insulation pipe consists of: the inner pipe (100) for transferring ultra-low temperature fluids; the vacuum outer pipe (300a) disposed on the outer periphery of the inner pipe (100) and having a vacuum port (302) protruding from one side of the outer circumferential surface while forming the vacuum space (301) between the vacuum outer pipe (300a) and the inner pipe (100); a first heat block disc (400a) disposed in an arc shape on both sides of the inside of the vacuum space (301) with the vacuum port (302) of the vacuum outer pipe (300a) placed therebetween, having the inner circumferential surface thereof connected with the outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe (100) and the outer circumferential surface thereof connected with the inner circumferential surface of the vacuum outer pipe (300a), and including a plurality of first through holes (410a) formed on one surface of the outside thereof and spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction; and a second heat block disc (400b) disposed near one side of the first heat block disc (400a) with a shared space (401) formed therebetween, having the inner circumferential surface thereof connected with the outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe (100) and the outer circumferential surface thereof connected with the inner circumferential surface of the vacuum outer pipe (300a), and including a plurality of second through holes (410b) formed on one surface of the inside thereof and spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction. Installation units of the first heat block disc (400a) and the second heat block disc (400b) are respectively formed on both sides of the inside of the vacuum space (301) with the vacuum port (302) placed therebetween.
