Abstract:
A vacuum mixer, comprising a material mixing unit (1) and a condensate recovery unit (2); the material mixing unit (1) comprises a sealed mixing chamber (11); a feed port, a discharge port, and an air outlet (13) are provided on the mixing chamber (11); the air outlet (13) is communicated with an air inlet of the condensate recovery unit (2); an air outlet of the condensate recovery unit (2) is communicated with a vacuumizing device (3); and the condensate recovery unit (2) is further provided with a condensed fluid outlet. The vacuum mixer can achieve recycle of volatile organic solvents and prevent environmental pollution and potential safety hazard caused by directly discharging the volatile organic solvents, is environment-friendly, and reduces costs, and moreover, can also achieve material mixing in vacuum environment so as to effectively preventing materials being oxidized and improving product quality.
