Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vacuum packaging material for ice cream using a horizontal disposable mold and, more particularly, to a vacuum packaging material for ice cream using a horizontal disposable mold which is produced for maintaining the shape of an ice cream bar by molding a plastic film, is filled and frozen with an ice cream liquid thereinside, and is vacuum-packed alongside the ice cream while maintaining the shape of the ice cream with a reinforcing plate or a mold fixing plate, thereby preventing the surface of the ice cream from oxidization or damage. As the ice cream is vacuum-packed, the present invention has the effects of minimizing contact with air during distribution and sale processes to prevent freezer burn on the surface of the ice cream, preventing oxidation of the ice cream to prevent the formation of frost on the surface of the ice cream, and also maintaining the quality of the ice cream for a long period of time.
