Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vacuum press method and device, which can sequentially perform, in the same work space with one piece of equipment, heat-pressing and press-cooling processes for a composite material having a lamination structure, so as to maximize work efficiency. According to the present invention, provided are the vacuum press method and device, the device operating by comprising: an upper pressing member having an upper diaphragm provided within an upper frame of which the central interior is empty; a lower pressing member having a lower diaphragm provided within a lower frame of which the central interior is empty; an airtightness-maintaining member provided between the upper and lower pressing members; the work space provided therein by means of the upper and lower pressing members, the airtightness-maintaining member and the upper and lower diaphragms; a vacuum-pressing part provided to communicate with the work space; a heating member provided adjacently to the upper diaphragm of the upper pressing member; a lifting/lowering heating space formed between the heating member and the upper diaphragm of the upper pressing member; an upper lifting/lowering part provided to communicate with the lifting/lowering heating space; a cooling member provided adjacently to the lower diaphragm of the lower pressing member; a lifting/lowering cooling space formed between the cooling member and the lower diaphragm of the lower pressing member; and a lower lifting/lowering part provided to communicate with the lifting/lowering cooling space.
