A vacuum pump automatic power-off device and a vacuum mixer; the vacuum pump automatic power-off device comprises: a vacuumizing device (1) and a metal probe (23); the vacuumizing device (1) comprises a shell (2), a vacuum valve seat (3) installed within the shell (2), and a connecting support (4) connected to the shell (2); a vacuum chamber (6) on the connecting support (4) falls into the vacuum valve seat (3); the inside of the bottom of the vacuum chamber (6) is concave and forms a fluid accumulation tank (22); the metal probe (23) is installed on the vacuum valve seat (3); an end of the metal probe (23) extends above the fluid accumulation tank (22); and the metal probe (23) is connected to a circuit board of the vacuum mixer. The vacuum mixer carries the vacuum pump automatic power-off device; when vacuumizing, and when the metal probe (23) detects fluid within the fluid accumulation tank (22), the circuit board controls the vacuum pump to stop working. The entire structural principle is simple, the vacuumizing time may effectively be controlled, design costs are relatively low and blockage of the vacuum pump will not occur, thus increasing the service life of the vacuum pump.
