Abstract:
A vacuum retention sheet, formed from a binder resin and an inorganic moisture-absorbing material. For the binder resin, a fluorine-based resin provided with a heat resistance of at least 300°C is preferably used. For the inorganic moisture-absorbing material, an LSX-type or X-type zeolite in which the cation portion of the zeolite is ion-exchanged with Na, K, or Li is preferable. The inorganic moisture-absorbing material is made into a sheet together with the resin binder. It is preferable to form crosslinking points between the fibers of the resin binder, which have the same fiber diameter or different fiber diameters, and form the fibers into a sheet shape having the desired thickness. This vacuum retention sheet has a high performance of absorbing water, etc., superior reproducibility when caused to repeatedly absorb and desorb water, and excellent convenience.
