Abstract:
A vacuum suction device for bonding a corrugated paperboard is used for suction bonding of the corrugated paperboard and base paper after gluing and laminating. The device includes two tube-shaped guiding rails (2, 4), which are provided separately at each side of the corrugated paperboard. Those two guiding rails connect with a centrifugal fan via a conduit (1) and those two guiding rails include hole-shaped rails, which are open axially for the sides of the paperboard extending into. The device could laminate the paperboard by means of vacuum suction. It has simple configuration and is energy saving and efficient.
