Abstract:
Provided is a vacuum suction device capable of separating an object from a suction pad by either supplying positive pressure or opening to the atmosphere. A vacuum suction device 1 includes: a vacuum pump 10 including a gas suction port 10b, a gas exhaust port 10a, and a backflow prevention section; a first passage 21 connected to the exhaust port; a second passage 22 connected to the suction port; a third passage 23 connected to a suction pad 7; a first solenoid valve 31 that, when energized, communicates the first passage and the third passage and closes the second passage, and when deenergized, communicates the second passage and the third passage and closes the first passage; a first branch path 24 branched from the first passage; a second branch path 25 branched from the second passage; and a second solenoid valve 32 that, when energized closes the first branch path and opens the second branch path to the atmosphere, and when deenergized, opens the first branch path to the atmosphere and closes the second branch path.
