A vacuum thermal insulator, comprising: a first glass plate; a second glass plate arranged opposite the first glass plate at an interval, wherein a sealing structure is arranged between the first glass plate and the second glass plate to seal and fix the first glass plate and the second glass plate, and a vacuum cavity is defined between the first glass plate and the second glass plate; and a thermal radiation reflecting plate, which is arranged on the outer side of the first glass plate and is configured to reflect heat radiation of the first glass plate and the second glass plate so as to reduce heat transfer. In the vacuum thermal insulator, convective heat transfer can be reduced by vacuumizing between the two layers of glass plates which are connected in a sealed manner, and the thermal insulation performance is further improved by arranging the thermal radiation reflecting plate. Further disclosed are a door body and a refrigerator, which comprise the vacuum thermal insulator.
