Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vacuum type roaster. The vacuum type roaster according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a chamber; a door cap which is formed on one side of the chamber and can be opened and closed; a vacuum cap formed on the other side of the chamber; a basket which is formed to be spaced from the inner peripheral surface of the chamber and has a basket door which can be opened and closed for insertion and discharge of an object to be processed; a vacuum adjustment means for adjusting the vacuum state of the inside of the chamber; a driving motor which is shaft-connected to the basket so as to rotate the basket; and a heater which is formed inside the chamber so as to be spaced from the basket.
