Abstract:
A vacuum ultrasonic cleaning device, wherein a storage tank part (6a) for storing cleaning solvent (5) and having a cleaned object (3) stored therein and an ultrasonic vibrator unit (7) having a specified internal space (7k) opening to the inside of a vacuum container (1) and providing ultrasonic vibration to the cleaning solvent (5) are installed in the vacuum container (1) capable of being brought into a vacuum state, the cleaning solvent (5) filled in the storage tank part (6a) under vacuum is heated by a heater (6i), the ultrasonic vibrator unit (7) is driven to perform the ultrasonic cleaning and dezymotizing of the cleaned object (3) immersed in the cleaning solvent (5), and after the cleaning solvent (5) is drained from the storage tank part (6a), the cleaned object (3) is vacuum-dried in the vacuum container (1).
