Abstract:
Disclosed is a vacuum valve with strength against buckling deformation and without pressure leakage. The vacuum valve (1) is provided with a fixed electrode (4) and a movable electrode (5) which form opposing contact electrodes; a vacuum container with said fixed electrode (4) and said movable electrode (5) confined therein and with the interior of the vacuum container in a vacuum state; and bellows (2) which form the inside and outside border of the vacuum container, have an elastic force due to the pleated structure thereof, and enable the connecting and disconnecting movement of the movable electrode (5) whilst maintaining the vacuum pressure inside the vacuum container. The vacuum valve (1) is characterized by the bellows (2) having sections without pleats and sections with low pleats thereon.
