Abstract:
A vacuum zinc infiltration method for metal surface treatment, comprising the following steps: performing oil removal, rust removal, water washing, and drying treatment on the surface of a steel product to be treated, placing the steel product together with an infiltration agent, a filler, and an adjuvant into a vacuum zinc infiltration furnace, performing sealing and vacuumizing to 10-9.65 kPa, then heating to 70-85°Ϲ, and maintaining a constant temperature for 10-15 min; and then vacuumizing to 1.05-0.56 Pa and heating to 400-450°Ϲ, maintaining a constant temperature for 150-170 min, cooling to below 100°Ϲ, discharging the steel product from the furnace, placing the discharged steel product into a water washing pool for washing, and drying the washed steel product. The zinc infiltration agent consists of the following components in proportion by mass: 80-95 of zinc powder, 2-6 of aluminum powder, 0.8-1.7 of gold powder, and 0.4-0.8 of nickel powder; the filler consists of the following component in proportion by mass: 50-60 of quartz sand, having a particle size of 40-80 meshes. By means of the technical solution above, the problem that a metal component treated with a metal surface treatment method in the prior art cannot satisfy the requirement of a user for the degree of corrosion resistance is solved.
