Abstract:
Provided by embodiments of the present disclosure are a valid value determination method for network configuration parameters, a user terminal, a base station, and a valid value determination system for network configuration parameters, the method comprising: receiving configuration parameter notification information sent by a base station; obtaining a target value corresponding to the configuration parameter notification information according to at least one set of alternative values for network configuration parameters obtained in advance by a user terminal, and using the target value as the valid value for the network configuration parameters.
