Abstract:
The present invention relates to a valve comprising: an inlet part (IL) having an inlet into which a fluid flows; an outlet part (OL) vertically arranged in the inlet part and having an outlet from which the fluid is discharged; and opening/closing parts (100, 110) arranged in the lengthwise direction of the outlet part so as to open/close a fluid flow, wherein the opening/closing parts comprise: a rod (110) which opens/closes the outlet while advancing/retreating in a fluid flowing direction in the outlet, and which has, on one end thereof, a poppet (130) for opening/closing the outlet and has, on the other end thereof, a piston (120) pressurized by pilot gas; a body (100) having a guide (140) for guiding the advance/retreat of the rod by allowing the rod to be accommodated therein, and pressurizing spaces (S1, S2) into which the pilot gas flows; and a solenoid valve (S) for allowing the pilot gas to be supplied to the pressurizing spaces, wherein the opening/closing parts do not have a spring, and the diameter of a sheet (170) coming in contact with the poppet in the outlet part is larger than the diameter of the guide (140). Compared with a ball valve and the like, the valve according to the present invention has an advantage of having a thin film structure in which the volume of the valve itself is small while a large flow can be opened/closed, and the valve according to the present invention does not have a spring as a component part, thereby having an overall light weight, and having a compact structure because of a short stem.
