Abstract:
Provided is a pressure-balanced electric valve, wherein sealing is ensured between a leaf spring (41) of a sealing part (4) and an L-shaped packing (45). The sealing part (4) is configured from a pair of leaf springs (41, 41), a pair of L-shaped packings (45, 45), and a reinforcing plate (46). The leaf springs (41) are configured from annular substrate parts (41a) and twelve vane parts (41b). In each of the vane parts (41b) is formed a first bent part (41b1) and an outer-side second bent part (41b2). End points (P, P) of the second bent part (41b2) are brought into contact with an inner surface of a rim part (45b) of an L-shaped packing (45). Although the width [α1'] of a gap part (41c) and the width [β1] of each of the vane parts (41b) are approximately the same, [α1'] is less than [β1]. The leaf spring (41) is evenly brought into contact with the inner surface of the rim part (45b) at the twenty-four points of a twenty-four-sided shape formed by the end points P of the second bent parts (41b2).
