Abstract:
A valve assembly (100) and an ink box (300) provided with the valve assembly (100). The valve assembly (100) comprises a valve cover (110), a valve seat (120), a diaphragm (130) and a transmission pillar (140); the valve cover (110) is provided on the valve seat (120) in a covering manner, and a valve cavity (200) is enclosed and formed by the valve cover (110) and the valve seat (120). The diaphragm (130) is constrained between the valve cover (110) and the valve seat (120), and the valve cavity (200) is separated into a first deformation cavity (210) and a second deformation cavity (220) which are independent from each other. The transmission pillar (140) is fixed in the valve cavity (200) and penetrates the diaphragm (130), and at least among the transmission pillar (140) and the diaphragm (130) is provided with a transmission channel (141). The diaphragm (130) may respond to the pressure difference between the first deformation cavity (210) and the second deformation cavity (220) and moves relative to the transmission pillar (140) so that the transmission channel (141) causes the first deformation cavity (210) and the second deformation cavity (220) to be in communication or cuts off the communication between the first deformation cavity (210) and the second deformation cavity (220). By means of the valve assembly (100) and the ink box (300) provided with same, the ink of a printer may flow out stably, a stable and reliable printing effect is achieved, and a long service life is achieved.
