A valve body, a valve assembly and a plunger pump. A valve body (100) comprises a valve body portion (110), a first elastic portion (121) and a second elastic portion (122), wherein the valve body portion (110) has a central axis (111); the valve body portion (110) comprises an upper body portion (112) and a lower body portion (114) which are sequentially arranged in the extension direction of the central axis (111); the first elastic portion (121) is located on the side of the upper body portion (112) that is away from the central axis (111); the second elastic portion (122) is located on the side of the lower body portion (114) that is away from the central axis (111); the upper body portion (112) and the lower body portion (114) are symmetrically arranged; and the first elastic portion (121) and the second elastic portion (122) are symmetrically arranged. When the first elastic portion (121) or the second elastic portion (122) is worn out until same cannot be used, the valve body (100) can be turned over and it is then possible to continue using the valve body. Thus, the valve body can greatly prolong the service life and reduce maintenance costs.
