Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a valve clamp device and a valve repair system. The valve clamp device comprises a spacer, a connector assembly and at least two repair assemblies, wherein each repair assembly comprises an elastic spacer arm, a clamp, an elastic compression ring, and a coupler, the coupler comprising a stent portion and a limiting ring. After a valve is clamped and subjected to edge-to-edge repair, a push shaft is separated from the connector assembly and exits from the limiting rings, the couplers move outward in a radial direction of the spacers by means of the stent portions so as to stretch corresponding traction bodies, and then the elastic compression rings are driven on two sides by means of the two couplers to further converge and move toward the spacer, which enables the valve tissue in contact with the elastic compression rings to further converge toward the center, and also enables the clamps to further move toward the spacer such that the valve tissue, on the two sides, clamped by means of the clamps further converges toward the center. In this way, the design of the couplers can increase the closure force after the edge-to-edge repair of the valve by means of the valve clamp device, thereby improving a valve closure effect.
