Abstract:
This valve control device is provided with a drive circuit for supplying a drive signal over a prescribed transmission line to an actuator to adjust the opening degree of a valve, and generates a PWM signal on the basis of an externally supplied target opening degree and a sensor signal that indicates the actual opening degree of the valve, and supplies said PWM signal to the drive circuit. This valve control device is provided with a disconnection detection means which detects disconnection of the transmission line on the basis of a monitor signal of the drive signal and the PWM signal.
