Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a valve device which can suppress leakage of a refrigerant and with which the number of components can be reduced; and an air conditioning device having this valve device. [Solution] A valve device 10 of an air conditioning device 1 has a valve main body 100. The valve main body 100 has: a high pressure-side main refrigerant passage 110; and a first high pressure-side branched refrigerant passage 111 and a second high pressure-side branched refrigerant passage 112 which are connected to the high pressure-side main refrigerant passage 110. The valve device 10 has: a high pressure-side flow rate adjusting valve unit 200 which can modify the passage area of the first high pressure-side branched refrigerant passage 111; and a high pressure-side open/close valve unit 300 which can open/close the second high pressure-side branched refrigerant passage 112.
