Abstract:
This valve device for an exhaust gas passage is equipped with: a support; a valve body that is pivotably supported by the support and opens/closes an exhaust gas passage; a biasing member that biases the valve body in the valve-closing direction; and a resistance member that engages with the valve body at a valve-closed position and generates resistance against pivoting of the valve body in the valve-opening direction from the valve-closed position.
