Abstract:
A valve device (1) comprises: a channel block (2) in which a fluid inflow channel (21) is formed; a diaphragm (3) for opening and closing the fluid inflow channel; an actuator (5) for depressing the diaphragm via a diaphragm presser (4); a cylindrical bonnet (6) that links the channel block and the actuator and has an inner peripheral surface on which a female thread (63) is formed; a cylindrical adjustment screw (8) that is threadedly engaged with the female thread and is abutted against the diaphragm presser to adjust the diaphragm valve-opening position; and an annular lock nut (9) that is threaded into the female thread and locks the adjustment screw.
