Abstract:
A neutral cut-off valve (50) is provided with: a spool (53); a drain chamber wall (55) that defines a drain chamber (54); a drain port (59) that is formed in the drain chamber wall (55), facing the spool (53); and a drain passage (61) that guides drainage from a load holding section to the drain chamber (54). The spool (53) has a communication passage (60) that communicates the drain port (59) with the drain chamber (54) when movement of the spool (53) is restricted by the drain chamber wall (55).
