Abstract:
Provided is a valve device configured so that the sealing ability of the float valve when the float valve is closed is increased by improving the roundness of an opening.
This valve device (10) is provided with: a housing (20) having a partition wall (35) in which an opening (37) is formed; a float valve (70) disposed within the valve chamber (R1) of the housing (20); and a check valve (80) disposed within an air passage chamber (R2). A valve seat (37a) is provided on the lower surface side of the partition wall (35), and thin-walled ribs (45) extending in a radial pattern are formed at the outer periphery of the valve seat (37a). Check valve guide ribs (40) are formed within the air passage chamber (R2) so as to be arranged at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction and so as to extend in the axial direction. Float valve guide ribs (47) are formed within the valve chamber (R1) so as to be arranged at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction and so as to extend in the axial direction. The thin-walled ribs (45) and the check valve guide ribs (40) are alternately formed in the circumferential direction so as not to overlap each other when viewed in the axial direction of the housing (20).
