Abstract:
Provided is a valve device including a float (1') that constitutes a lower value body (1), and a case (2) that accommodates the float (1') therein. The value device constitutes part of a flow channel of a fuel tank (T). The valve device is configured such that part of a cylindrical seal (7) is sandwiched and held between an upper portion (2a) of the case (2), the portion having a first through hole (2b) formed therein, and a sandwiching member (8) provided with a second through hole (8a) which is fit from above to the upper portion (2a), the cylindrical seal (7) being fit into the first through hole (2b) so that the inside of the seal communicates with the second through hole (8a). The valve device is also configured so that an upper valve body (3) for opening and closing the second through hole (8a) is provided above the sandwiching member (8).
