Abstract:
Provided is a valve device comprising a shaft (14), a valve body (15), and a housing (16) which is provided with a valve opening (10a). The outwardly facing surfaces (25, 26, 30) of the valve body is provided without contact with the housing, and in a fully closed state in which the valve opening is closed by the valve body, a valve side surface is in contact with the housing. Valve seal surfaces (21, 22, 31, 32) comprise the first valve seal surface (21) which protrudes in the valve closing direction, and the second valve seal surface (22) which is recessed in the vale opening direction. A radial first seal distance (r1) from the outer diameter end of the first valve seal surface to a rotation axis (C2) is set to be less than a radial second seal distance (r2) from the outer diameter end of the second valve seal surface to the rotation axis. The first valve seal surface and the second valve seal surface have at least curved surfaces.
