Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a gas-driven valve device on which various electronic devices can be mounted, and which has a power generation function in which the problem of wiring or battery replacement is resolved. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: an actuator 7 having a case part 10, 11 and a movable part 13 which is accommodated in the case part 10,11 and driven by a driving fluid to move a valve body in a closing direction or an opening direction; a spring member 30 which biases the movable part 13 in a direction resisting the driving force of the driving fluid; and a power generation and vibration control unit 100 which is provided with a power generation function for using the piezoelectric effect of a piezoelectric element to convert, into electrical power, the vibration generated in a vibration system by an operation of the actuator 7 and a vibration control function for suppressing the vibration applied to a device.
