Abstract:
A ring-shaped groove section (55) has: a side circumferential surface (560) that is formed in a ring shape so as to extend from a bottom surface (550) to a radial direction inner side of a cylinder member (50) and connect to an inner circumferential wall (54) of the cylinder member (50); and a specifically-shaped surface (570) that is formed so as to decrease in diameter from a bottom surface (550) side toward an inner circumferential wall (54) side in the axial direction of the cylinder member (50), in at least one section between a bottom surface-side end section (561), which is an end section on a bottom surface (550) side of the side circumferential surface (560) in the radial direction, and an inner circumferential wall-side end section (562), which is an end section on an inner circumferential wall (54) side of the same in the radial direction.
