Abstract:
A partition section (60) has: a partition section main body (61) provided in a housing opening (210) so as to partition an internal space (200) and the outside of a housing main body (21); and a shaft insertion hole (62) formed in the partition section main body (61) such that an end of a shaft (32) can pass therethrough. A drive unit (70) is provided on the opposite side to the internal space (200) relative to the partition section (60) and can rotatably drive a valve body via one end of the shaft (32). The partition section (60) has a partition through-hole (65) that extends towards the outside from the shaft insertion hole (62) and opens to an outer wall of the partition section main body (61).
