Abstract:
In the present invention a valve has a first restricted protrusion and a second restricted protrusion as parts to be restricted formed on a valve body. A partition wall section (60) has: an annular restriction recess (63) which, on the outside of a shaft insertion hole (62) in the radial direction, is recessed from a surface on an internal-space side of a partition wall section main body (61) toward a drive unit; a restricting part (631) that is formed on a portion of the restriction recess (63) in the circumferential direction, and is able to restrict the rotation of the valve body by making contact with the first restricted protrusion and the second restricted protrusion; and a foreign matter collection section (68) that is recessed from a bottom surface (630) of the restriction recess (63) toward the drive unit (70).
