Abstract:
A valve device comprises: a case having an open lower side and an accommodating space formed therein; a base plate covering the open lower side of the case; an inlet pipe which is connected to the base plate and through which refrigerant is introduced into the accommodating space; a boss installed at the base plate and comprising multiple refrigerant inlet/outlet holes into or from which the refrigerant introduced from the accommodating space is introduced or discharged; multiple inlet/outlet pipes which are connected to the multiple refrigerant inlet/outlet holes, respectively, and through which refrigerant is introduced from or discharged into the boss; and a pad having an open cavity formed therein to selectively open one refrigerant inlet/outlet hole and a connection cavity formed therein to selectively connect two refrigerant inlet/outlet holes.
