Abstract:

This fluid control device (100) is provided with a piezoelectric pump (10), a valve (101), and a cuff (109). The valve (101) is provided with a first valve housing (191), a diaphragm (120), and a second valve housing (192). The second valve housing (192) has a second air vent (112) that communicates with an internal space of the cuff (109), a third air vent (113) that communicates with the outside of the fluid control device (100), and a first valve seat (139) that is formed on the periphery of the third air vent (113). The second valve housing (192) forms, with the diaphragm (120), a first flow passage (141) that communicates the second air vent (112) and the third air vent (113). The second valve housing (192) has a protruding part (140) that protrudes toward the diaphragm (120) and forms a portion of the first flow passage (141). The shortest distance between the protruding part (140) and the diaphragm (120) is less than the diameter (2r) of the third air vent (113).
