Abstract:
This valve is provided with: a first plate forming a first vent hole; a second plate which configures, with the first plate, a valve chamber therebetween communicating with the first vent hole, and forms a second vent hole communicating with the valve chamber and not opposed to the first vent hole; and a movable plate which forms a third vent hole opposing the second vent hole and is disposed in the valve chamber so as to be moveable between the first plate and the second plate. The second plate forms an auxiliary hole not opposed to the third vent hole of the movable plate, and has an edge portion surrounding the auxiliary hole which, in a plan view of a major surface on the side facing the valve chamber, forms a convex radiused first angular portion.
