Abstract:
A valve (1) comprises: a top plate (20) having a plurality of first through-holes; an outer plate (50) having a plurality of second through-holes; a valve chamber (60) configured by the top plate (20) and the outer plate (50), between one main surface of the top plate (20) and one main surface of the outer plate (50) which faces the one main surface of the top plate (20); and a valve body (10) that is disposed in the valve chamber (60), moves up and down between the top plate (20) and the outer plate (50), and has valve through-holes (100). The valve body has, in the top plate (20) and/or the outer plate (50), a fixing part (30) that is fixed in one location and that does not overlap the valve through-holes (100) in a front view.
