The present disclosure relates to a valve group integrated module, a vehicle thermal management system and a vehicle. The module comprises a base body and a valve group disposed on the base body, and the valve group comprises a first on-off valve, a second on-off valve and a first expansion valve. An indoor condenser outlet interface used for connecting with an outlet of an indoor condenser outside of the base body, an outdoor heat exchanger outlet interface used for connecting with an outlet of an outdoor heat exchanger outside of the base body, and a battery pack heat exchanger inlet interface used for connecting with a refrigerant inlet of a battery pack heat exchanger outside of the base body are formed on the base body. A first flow channel is formed in the base body. An inlet of the first on-off valve communicates with the indoor condenser outlet interface, and an outlet of the first on-off valve communicates with the first flow channel. An inlet of the first expansion valve communicates with the first flow channel, and an outlet of the first expansion valve communicates with the battery pack heat exchanger inlet interface. The outdoor heat exchanger outlet interface communicates with an inlet of the second on-off valve, and an outlet of the second on-off valve communicates with the first flow channel.
