A valve group integration module (100), comprising a body (10) and a valve group (15); the body (10) comprises a first split body (1) and a second split body (2) which cooperate with one another; the first split body (1) comprises a first connecting surface (11), and the second split body (2) comprises a second connecting surface (20), the first connecting surface (11) being sealingly connected to the second connecting surface (20); and a plurality of internal flow channels are provided in the interior of the first split body (1), and at least one groove (101) is provided on the second connecting surface (20) of the second split body (2), so that the first connecting surface (11) and the grooves (101) on the second connecting surface (20) jointly define an external flow channel (2A). The valve group (15) comprises a plurality of valves, and the valves selectively communicate with the internal flow channels and the external flow channel (2A), so as to form different fluid flow channels. Further disclosed is a vehicle having said valve group integration module. The valve group integration module integrates various valves and flow channels into one, is beneficial for simplifying the structure of a thermal management system of the vehicle, reduces the space occupied by the valve group integration module, and reduces costs.
