Abstract:

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a valve module that can operate by pilot air at a relatively low pressure despite having a small size, that has excellent durability, and in which there is little variation in performance between individual articles. This valve module (12) controls the opening and closing of a valve by supplying and discharging pilot air and is provided with a pilot port (53) and a biasing means (54) for biasing a piston section (43) in the opposite direction. A first permanent magnet (56) is held in a first magnet-holding section (61) on a valve rod (41) side and a second permanent magnet (57) is held in a second magnet-holding section (71) on a piston housing (21) side. The piston section (43) is driven in a first direction (A1) between the permanent magnets (56, 57), and magnetic attraction that increases as said permanent magnets approach each other acts therebetween. As a result of the presence of thin-walled first and second collision prevention sections (62, 72), an arrangement relationship is set between the permanent magnets (56, 57) in which the end surfaces thereof do not directly collide even when closest together.
