Abstract:
A valve needle assembly (120, 220) and an electronic expansion valve (200) having the valve needle assembly (120, 220); the valve needle assembly (120, 220) comprises a valve stem (121, 221), a valve needle (122, 222), an elastic element (123, 223), and a stop structure, the valve needle (122, 222) being connected to the valve stem (121, 221) and being axially movable relative to the valve stem (121, 221), the elastic element (123, 223) being provided between the valve stem (121, 221) and the valve needle (122, 222), the stop structure being configured to limit axial movement of the valve needle (122, 222) relative to the valve stem (121, 221) so as to prevent the valve needle (122, 222) from prematurely opening the valve hole of the electronic expansion valve (200) under the force of fluid. The electronic expansion valve (200) comprises the valve needle assembly (120, 220), and the valve needle assembly (120, 220) and the electronic expansion valve (200) can prevent the electronic expansion valve (200) from being prematurely opened under the force of fluid and causing internal leakage, and ensure that the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the electronic expansion valve (200) can be accurately controlled both in a forward state and in a reverse state; in addition, the electronic expansion valve (200) is provided with a balancing passage, effectively balancing the force applied to the valve needle assembly (120, 220).
