Abstract:

Provided is a compact valve-opening-closing-timing control device for logically configuring a supply channel for supplying a working fluid to an intermediate locking mechanism. A valve-opening-closing-timing control device equipped with a drive-side rotating body, a following-side rotating body affixed to a camshaft by a bolt, a fluid-pressure chamber, an intermediate locking mechanism, a locking channel for conveying a working fluid to the intermediate locking mechanism, and an electromagnetic valve having a spool positioned inside the bolt, wherein the locking channel has: a first channel connected to the supply channel and positioned in the radial direction between the spool and the supply channel extending in the axial direction inside the bolt; and a second channel for conveying the working fluid between the spool and the intermediate locking mechanism and formed so as to pass through the interior of the bolt in the radial direction thereof. Furthermore, at least a section of the first channel and at least a section of the second channel are positioned inside the same plane perpendicular to the axial center.
