Abstract:
A valve structure has a rim (33) with projection portions (32) for supporting spokes (35), a valve (32) inserted through a valve hole (33a) close to projection portions, a nut (39) screwed on the valve, and a tubular collar (38) inserted through the valve hole. The nut (39) is screwed on portion of the valve (32), which portion is projected from the collar (38).
