Abstract:
A sleeve (40) having: a supply port (43) connected to a hydraulic oil supply source (8); a first control port (44) connected to a retard chamber; a second control port (45) connected to an advance chamber; and a drain port (46) connected to outside a valve timing adjustment device (10). A spool (50) has: a pressure accumulation space (500) formed on the inside thereof; a supply oil path (54) formed so as to connect the pressure accumulation space (500) and the supply port (43); a first control oil path (55) formed so as to be capable of connecting the pressure accumulation space (500) and the first control port (44); a second control oil path (56) formed so as to be capable of connecting the pressure accumulation space (500) and the second control port (45); and a recycling oil path (57) formed so as to be capable of connecting the first control port (44) or the second control port (45) and the pressure accumulation space (500). The recycling oil path (57) and the drain port (46) are connected to each other inside the sleeve (40).
