Abstract:
According to the present invention, a spiral spring (5) has an inner circumferential end (5a) fixed to a rotor (3) and an outer circumferential end (5a) fixed to a plate (8) of a housing (2), and biases the rotor (3) in one direction relative to the housing (2). Protrusions (13) each have a shape that protrudes from the plate (8) and regulate the expansion of the outermost turn (5c) of the spiral spring (5) to the outside in the radial direction. Clips (6) each have a first surface (6a) that abuts the outermost turn (5c) of the spiral spring (5), and cling to the protrusions (13) with innate elasticity.
