Abstract:
Provided is a valve timing control device of an internal combustion engine capable of sufficiently discharging a hydraulic oil between a pulley and a housing body. The pulley has a through-hole which passes through the pulley in the axial direction at the radially outer side from the outer circumferential surface of the housing body in the pulley, and the through-hole is formed across a bottom section and a cylindrical section of the pulley.
