Abstract:
In the present invention a phase adjustment mechanism is configured as a speed reduction mechanism in which a ring gear is made to undergo relative rotation in accordance with the difference in the number of teeth in the ring gear and an inner gear by causing an eccentric axis center to orbit around a rotational axis center by means of an electric actuator. The present invention is equipped with a connecting member having first engaging parts, which engage a driving-side rotating body in a manner so as to be capable of displacement in a first direction that is the radial direction, and second engaging parts, which engage the inner gear in a manner so as to be capable of displacement in a second radial direction that is a radial direction orthogonal to the first direction.
